In its fourth year, the skateboarding festival Old is Cool became a traditional event, bringing again the old vibe, friendship and competition.

In 2006 and 2007 editions, much strength of will and friendship were salient facts of the event, held on the old snake run and bowl. A seed was planted and with the help of 30 skateboarders the New Love bowl was born in 2008 at Swell Skate Camp. Nothing better than the Vans Old is Cool to be the event for the opening day. The presence of several renowned professional skateboarders and various icons of the old school days made the Vans old is cool 2008 edition part of Brazilian skateboard history. The Swell Skateboard, now with a new sponsor, Gatorade, invites all to be part of the Gatorade OLD IS COOL 2009.
For this edition, it promises a greater number of skateboarders and public spectators on a higher level of fun, friendship and skateboarding, of course!

On days 1st ,2nd and 3rd of May at the Swell Skate Camp.
